Ministry of Defence - Ivanka Baralić
Forensic medicine specialist, member of the independent committee that investigated the most difficult cases. Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine at the Belgrade School of Medicine. Her PhD dissertation, "Forensic Aspects of Women Murders" is the first study tackling this problem in former Yugoslavia.
Ministry of Diaspora - Jelisaveta Karađorđević
Serbian Princess, daughter of Prince Pavle Karađorđević. Cousin to Prince Charles, the Heir to the British Throne, as well as to Queen Sofia of Spain. She graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Paris. She established the Princess Elizabeth Foundation (Fondacija princeze Jelisavete), speaks five languages.
Ministry of Faith - Aleksandra Janković
A psychologist and a psychotherapist. Since 1990 she has been a member of the Working Party for the Psychosis Psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychiatry of the University Clinical Centre. She is currently attending postgraduate studies at the Department of Pastoral Psychology at the Faculty of Theology.
Ministry of Justice - Marijana Pajvančić
Full profesor at the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad. She is president of the Association of Constitutional Law, a member of the managing board of "CeSID" (Centre for Free Election and Democracy) and one of the authors of the electoral law proposed by that organization.
Ministry of Culture - Zorica Tomić
Culturologist, sociologist and communicologist. She is a professor at the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, "Megatrend" University and Belgrade Open School.
Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government - Jelica Rajačić-Čapaković
Former Provincial Secretary of Labour, Social Policy and Gender Equality. MSc in Biology. One of the initiators and founders of Women Reformers Forum, member of Working Group for Gender Equality at the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Slađana Prica
Serbian Ambassador at the Council of Europe. One of our best lobbyists in European institutions. Previous to her appointment as ambassador in Brussels, she was Head of the Department for OESC and Council of Europe at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management - Dobrila Jakić-Dimić
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a nutrition specialist. First woman director of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of Serbia, currently at the post of a Senior Scientific Adviser. She has improved the Institute’s cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions.
Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Services - Milka Forcan
Graduate economist, she has been working at the company Delta for 14 years. Recipient of many awards in the field of marketing and public relations, including the Manager of the Year award, granted by the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.
Ministry of the Economy - Svetlana Kisić
Director of the Department of Financial Consulting in the Deloitte Touche Audit & Consulting House in Belgrade. She has a MSc in Economics and teaches business economics at the Belgrade Business School. She has been working as a consultant on over 80 projects.
Ministry of Finance - Draginja Đurić
Director General of Banca Intesa Beograd. In 2004 British magazine The Banker declared her the Banker of the Year in Serbia and Montenegro. Graduate economist, chairman of the Banking Committee of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, member of the Supervisory Board of EPS (Electric Power Industry of Serbia) and managing board of the Association of Serbian Banks.
Ministry of Science and Environment - Gordana Perović
Director of the Recycling Agency Serbia. Graduated from The Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy. She works at the "Kirilo Savić" Institute as Director for Technological Engineering and Environmental Protection. Since 1984 she has been designing facilities for the purpose of environmental protection.
Ministry of Internal Affairs - Aleksandra Drecun
President of International Anti-corruption Centre. Since 2004 she has been working as an Advisor and then as a Secretary General to the President of the Republic. She represented Serbia in the Anti-corruption Initiative of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe as well as in working bodies for fighting crime at the Council of Europe.
Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Policy - Ranka Savić
President of the Association of Free and Independent Trade Unions. Graduate jurist, member of the Economic and Social Council of Serbia, councillor in the Assembly of the City of Belgrade. Participates in the activities of Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe.
Ministry of Health - Svetlana Vukajlović
Director of the Institute for Health Insurance, she is the first woman at the head of this institution. Since her assumption of duties at the Institute, the list of medicaments it is co-financing has been expanded. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Belgrade.
Ministry of Mining and Energy - Snežana Mijailović
Deputy Director of the Electricity Coordinating Centre. She has a MSc in technical sciences, Currently, she is working on the development of electric energy market in the South-Eastern Europe, with the application of European methodology. She is participating in the project for connection of European electric network with the network in ex-Soviet countries.
Ministry of Education and Sports - Srbijanka Turajlić
Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, at which she earned doctor’s degree. She was assistant minister for higher education. She is one of the founders of the Alternative Academic Education Network. She is a two-time winner of the annual prize awarded by students.
Ministry of International Economic Relations - Milica Đilas
EU expert, advisor in the EU Integration Office. Assisstant Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences, for the subject: Foreign Policy of Serbia and Montenegro. She was a coordinator for the preparation of Serbian National Strategy for the Accession of Serbia to the EU.
Ministry of Capital Investment - Nataša Gospić
President of the Association „Equal Opportunities“, professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade and member of the Council of Experts of the Communications Regulatory Agency. She earned her doctor’s degree at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade.
Deputy Prime Minister - Ivana Dulić-Marković
Current Deputy Prime Minister of the Serbian Government and the only woman in the Government. Šef pregovaračkog tima Vlade Srbije za pregovore sa Evropskom unijom. Previously she was a minister of agriculture, forestry and water management. She has a PhD in agriculture.
Prime Minister - Ružica Đinđić
Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and later worked in the Novi Sad Literary Association (Književna zajednica Novog Sada). She is President of the Children First Citizen’s Association and President of the managing board of Zoran Djindjic Fund. She is an honorary president of the University of Novi Pazar, she also received an award for her contribution to interethnic tolerance from the Vojvodina Romanian Community, as well as the Winning of Freedom Award.
